Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves.

We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange. A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. Products marked as Final sale can not be returned or exchanged once delivered.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at [email protected] from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.

We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Refund is only made in the form of store credit/coupon. We refund the entire amount (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to [email protected].

In case you opt for refund in the form of cash, We will offer not more than 50% of the order amount once you meet the required criteria.

RETURN STEPS

Step 1: Mail us at [email protected] with subject line: Return order number – #XXXX (mention your order number) and we will respond you with a confirmation email

Step 2: Repack all the items in original condition in the box and seal it.

Step 3: You will receive an acknowledgment mail from Our Team arranging for reverse pick-up or In case if we are not able to arrange the reverse pick-up, we will ask you to ship it on your own.

Step 4: We will initiate the refund to your existing Bank Account or in the form of coupon once the package has been received and verified. If it’s a case of an exchange, Our Team will notify you of the New Order being dispatched for delivery.
